Enid, OK — The Northwest Oklahoma Osteopathic Foundation (NOOF) is thrilled to announce the return of the Enid Charity Ball on Saturday, August 16, 2025. This year’s event, themed “Golden Hour: An Evening of Growth and Giving,” promises an elegant evening of celebration, connection, and community impact—all in support of advancing rural healthcare in Northwest Oklahoma. Enid Charity Ball is proud to announce our 2025 Presenting Sponsors: GSP Health, INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital, and St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center each committed to improving access to quality healthcare in our region.
Held annually as NOOF’s fundraiser, the Enid Charity Ball supports the Foundation’s Physician Recruitment Program, which provides mentoring, scholarships, hands-on experiences, and professional development to future physicians from high school through medical residency. A new component of the program offers financial incentives to physicians with ties to Northwest Oklahoma, encouraging them to return and serve the rural communities where they’re needed most.
The 2025 event will feature a formal dinner, craft cocktails, live and silent auctions, and live music by Hook, a fan-favorite regional band. Guests will be welcomed into a beautifully styled venue with hues of light and navy blue, gold, and wildflower-inspired colors, reflecting the warmth of Oklahoma’s sunsets and the promise of tomorrow’s healthcare leaders. Over 250 guests are expected, including physicians, medical students, community leaders, donors, and healthcare advocates.
A highlight of the evening will be the presentation of the 2025 Physician of the Year Award, recognizing a physician who exemplifies service, leadership, and a lifelong commitment to medicine and community. Established in 2024, the award honors excellence in osteopathic medicine and local impact. Last year’s honoree, Dr. Gary Patzkowsky, is a long-respected physician in Enid. Inspired by his father’s dedication to family medicine, Dr. Patzkowsky has served the Enid area since 1983 in family practice, occupational medicine, and mentoring. He is known for his compassion, professionalism, and community service.
