PARK AVENUE THRIFT ACCEPTING 2025 GRANT APPLICATIONS

[Enid, OK] – Park Avenue Thrift is now accepting grant applications from nonprofit organizations and schools who serve Enid and offer quality-of-life benefits to our community for its 2025 grant cycle. Applications are due by March 31, 2025. 

Park Avenue Thrift is an Oklahoma 501(c)(3) that exists to strengthen the Enid community and serve others by collecting donations, running a top-notch thrift store, and giving the proceeds to Enid nonprofits that invest in quality-of-life initiatives.

“In 2023, we celebrated reaching $4 million in funds given back to the community since 2007. Now, in 2025, we’re thrilled to celebrate reaching $5 million!” said Stela Jantzen, Executive Director of Park Avenue Thrift. “This incredible milestone is possible because of our community’s unwavering support and the dedication of our employees and board members. Together, we’re making a lasting impact and strengthening our community.”

In 2024 alone, Park Avenue Thrift contributed $408,409.25 to 36 different organizations including: 4RKids, Adams Elementary, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Atelier, Bennie’s Barn, Care Campus, Chautauqua Council of Enid, Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center, Coolidge Elementary, Emerson Middle School, Enid High School, Enid SOS, Enid SPCA, Enid Symphony Association, Fling at the Springs, Gaslight Theatre, Garfield Elementary, Girl Scouts, Glenwood Elementary, Hayes Elementary, Hoover Elementary, Infant Crisis Services, Leonardo’s Children’s Museum, Lincoln Academy, Loaves and Fishes, Longfellow Middle School, Making a Difference, Main Street Enid, McKinley Elementary, Monroe Elementary, Northern Oklahoma College, PFLAG, RSVP of Enid, Taft Elementary, Waller Middle School, and Youth and Family Services. 

Each of these organizations helps fulfill Park Avenue Thrift’s mission of enhancing Enid’s quality of life through impactful funding.

Additionally, Park Avenue Thrift supported community events, classroom projects through DonorsChoose, and nonprofits during its 17th Anniversary Celebration, totaling $54,702.63. 

In total Park Avenue Thrift gave back $463,111.88 in 2024 which brings their current total giving since 2007 to $4,771,357.75. 

For the first time, Park Avenue Thrift’s grant application process is fully online, making it more accessible and convenient for applicants. Organizations seeking funding can now complete and submit their applications through a streamlined digital platform, ensuring a smoother and more efficient experience.
